The Share
Lifco’s Class B share has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 21 November 2014. The share is included in the Large Cap segment.
The number of shares has changed once since the IPO in 2014 and that was in March 2021 when a division of the company’s shares (split) was carried out so that each existing share was divided into five new shares of same class of shares (split 5:1). The share capital has remained unchanged since the IPO.
